Exciting opportunity to get in on ground level with emerging jewelry company
This is your opportunity to jump on board with a new jewelry design company that is on the verge of greatness. In less than 6 months, J. Fein Designs has established more than 150 accounts with boutiques and multi-unit stores across the country. We were recently featured in New York Magazine as a new emerging designer to watch.
We began this venture in the beginning of the year, when people doubted that a new jewelry company could succeed in a struggling economy. If this is what we have accomplished in a struggling economy, imagine what’s in store for the future! Now is the time to get involved with a company that is ready to take off.
J. Fein Designs is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking for one energetic, experienced outside sales rep, who is also determined, committed, and tenacious in the New York/Manhattan/New Jersey/Westchester/Brooklyn/Long Island areas, who is able to identify opportunities and capitalize on them. We are looking for a team player, ready to hit the floor running. We are in the process of putting together a strong sales force, so this is an investment into your career and future. There is no shortage of areas to sell to!!!
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:

You will be conducting appointments and visiting boutiques and multi-unit stores, showing the buyers samples and taking orders. You will be creating business relationships with stores and boutiques, including follow-ups for reorders. You should already have contacts in the retail world to bring to the table. You will be responsible for New York/Manhattan/New Jersey/Westchester/Brooklyn/Long Island areas.
You will need to have flexible hours from 11:00-5:00, 5 days a week, available a minimum of 25-30 hours per week. Some work will be done out of your home office, most time will be spent on the road, visiting stores.
We seek someone who is organized and reliable, because the job includes: cold calls, appointment setting, record keeping, follow ups, customer service, closing deals, invoicing and other sales management tools. We need someone who LOVES jewelry and fashion. ***You must have a reliable car to go to visit stores and see store-owners.***
We are offering commission plus hourly as a 1099 rep. Sales can range from a couple hundred to a couple thousand, depending on your drive and ambition! Your commission earnings are based on your own ability to sell.
